IRS Link – Located in each shop

This program sits patiently on the shop's computer waiting to send and receive data. User able to configure the data transmit interval back to Head Office as often as require.

IRS Multi-Store – Located at Head Office

All data transmitted from shops will store here, IRS Multi-Store includes the following features :
- Stock Creation permits Head Office centralised Stock Creation and barcodes (it means stock information can be duplicated to another shops.).
- Promotion Permits Head Office to maintain the Promotion Centrally and duplicate it to another shop.
- Stock Lookup allows Head Office / Shops to see every shops stock on hand and the stock need to be ordered.
- Customer particulars can be duplicated to another shops (it means customer's particulars is identical).
- Sales Summaries over a user defined period, Head Office can see how shops are performing in terms of sales, gross profit and number of sales over any period. The sales can be broken down by shops & by product.
